Computer Gallery recently expanded our support offerings by adding Help Desk services for customer support. This new offering is a very popular tool for our clients and allows us to provide our excellent support with rapid response time. From the Computer Gallery Help Desk, we handle software diagnosis, remediation, and minor network issues. The Help Desk Engineer has access to all of Computer Gallery’s Engineers, providing a wealth of knowledge for resolving a variety of issues. We utilize remote-access and managed-service technology tools that allow us to work on workstations and servers from our office just as if we were on premises. If a problem cannot be resolved by our Help desk, an engineer can be dispatched to make an on-site visit for remediation.
