Remote Support
Computer Gallery can access your machine remotely and help resolve any computer problems you may have. You will need to enter a session code below to remotely connect to our support engineers. Please contact our help desk for a session code at 760-779-1001 (ask for support). You will be prompted to install a small program that will facilitate the connection. Accept the security prompt and follow the on screen instructions to install the program.
