The Support Pak program is the most flexible service plan offered by Computer Gallery. It allows you to choose when and where work is performed, provides guaranteed response times, reduces your paperwork, and provides you with significant labor discounts.

Depending on you needs, Computer Gallery can place a System Engineer or Technician at your location on a full-time basis or as needed. You pay only for work performed on an hourly basis. You can also contract for one or more Technicians, System Engineers, and /or Senior System Engineer to either replace or supplement your in-house staff.
